Light yellow colour. Notes reminiscent of ripe fruit on the nose, white peaches, pears and mature chamomile, mingle with sweet notes of vanilla deriving from the refinement in oak. Harmonious, elegant and refined. Ideal as an aperitif. Pairs well with polenta, pasta, fish and white meats.
