At Mitchell and Son, we take pride in the quality of our artisanal food products; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for non-perishable items.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate a return request.

  Verification and Approval

  Our team will review your request and, if applicable, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
